The drill pipe and fittings produced by my company are stable performance, reliable quality, drill pipe material for Shanghai Baosteel R780 (42MnMo7), and in accordance with relevant state regulations sampling; During production process, we use high-precision CNC machine tools. Thickened end uses 500kw frequency furnace heating, two piers of the machine was based on  upsetting automatic devices with foreign advanced technology manufacturing clamping force of 6000kN, forging force and clamping force of 5000kN to 3000kN, upsetting automatic upsetting force of 2000kN  and the use of non-destructive testing to ensure production quality drill.
